CONIAC has a work plan that support’s HSE’s Construction Sector strategy, and other wider government strategies for the construction industry.
Key objectives include:
- Reaching, engaging, and influencing small and medium sized employers to enable them to improve their management of health and safety
- Identifying and tackling the causes of occupational ill health, including respiratory ill health, MSDs and mental health and well-being
- Embedding the principles of CDM 2015 with Clients, Designers, Principal Designers, Principal Contractors, and Contractors.
